Carlo Petrini, founder and president of Slow Food Movement International, will give a talk on Thursday, May 10th, at the Cowell Theatre in Fort Mason. The event is sponsored by the Museo ItaloAmericano. Carlo will describe the grass-root efforts of his organization. Food, wine and mingling to follow. He will also be signing copies of his book, Slow Food Nation: Why Our Food Should Be Good, Clean and Fair.
